2.1 In-App Purchases

Q: How do I restore purchases?

A: In the App, open the purchase/credits screen and tap “Restore Purchases”. If it still doesn’t work, email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, purchase time, and (if available) a screenshot of the purchase.

Q: How do I request a refund?

A: Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ following Apple’s process (subject to Apple’s decision).

2.2 Sync & Data (If You Use Sync)

Q: Sync isn’t working. What should I do?

A: Try the following steps:

  1. Confirm your network connection is working;
  2. Confirm you are signed in to the same account (if applicable);
  3. Restart the App;
  4. If it still doesn’t work, email us the time it happened, steps to reproduce, and screenshots/screen recordings at starcatservice9527@gmail.com.

Q: Can I recover deleted notes?

A: If the App provides a trash bin or version history, try restoring from there. Otherwise, deletions are usually not recoverable. You can email us to confirm whether recovery is possible (depending on the actual implementation).

2.3 Voice Features (If You Use Voice)

Q: Speech-to-text fails or is inaccurate. What should I do?

A: Make sure microphone permission is enabled and your network is stable, and record in a quiet environment. If it keeps failing, email us the time it happened, audio duration, device model, iOS version, and app version (screenshots/screen recordings are helpful).
