How do I restore purchases?
Open the subscription or purchase screen in the app and tap Restore Purchase. If it still does not work, email us with your device model, iOS version, app version, purchase time, and a screenshot if available.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com following Apple's process.
Food photo analysis is inaccurate. What should I do?
AI nutrition estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review the result before logging, edit anything that looks wrong, and contact us if a repeatable issue continues.
